Card Payment Issues
Due to differences in security protocols (US systems using older 2DS vs. 3DS used on the website), some payments may be declined.
While this cannot be fully resolved, you can reduce issues by:
- Informing your bank about the transaction in advance
- Ensuring all required fields are correctly filled:
- ZIP/postal code
- State/region
- Email address
- Phone number
Bank Transfer (Offline Payment Option)
Alternatively, you can complete your purchase via bank transfer. The process is as follows:
- Place your order and select the Offline Payment option
- Complete a bank transfer using the provided details
- Your order will remain pending until payment is received and cleared
Important Notes
- To avoid delays and ensure timely fulfillment while stock is available, it is recommended to pay in advance during the “coming soon” period
- Any advance payments will be held as store credit and can be used when placing your order
- If stock sells out before your payment is cleared, the funds will remain as store credit under your account
- If you request a refund, it will be issued minus applicable transaction fees and charges
- For international transfers to Oman, a fixed 5 OMR fee is deducted upon receipt of funds, meaning any refund will be 5 OMR less than the original amount sent
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to a bank account of your choice, based on the net amount received
