Shipping policy

1. Shipping Origin
All orders ship from Oman unless otherwise stated.
Orders fulfilled from other countries may use local postal services or alternative courier services.
2. Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: Up to 10 business days after payment confirmation
- Tracking: Issued once the shipping label is created
- Delivery Estimates: DHL Express typically delivers within ~5 business days after dispatch (not guaranteed)
3. Delivery & Transfer of Responsibility
- Shipments are handled by third-party couriers such as DHL.
- Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery where available.
Once the shipment is handed to the courier:
- The store has no control over logistics, routing, or delivery performance
- The Customer is responsible for contacting DHL for any delivery issues or claims.
- Please note that the store will not issue a refund or replacement for products lost, damaged in transit, or held/confiscated/destroyed by customs. These are conditions that fall within DHL's responsibility or border control. That said, has not happened with any of DHL shipments sent bu the store.
4. Risk Coverage, Customs & Duty Configurations
The store offers two methods for handling import duties and customs processing.
Regardless of the method selected, the Customer remains responsible for courier communication and customs clearance.
Method A: Prepaid Customs (Default)
DDP will be applied by default for your convenience as a courtesy service.
- The store covers duties, taxes, and brokerage fees
- Shipments are declared at a lower value by default
Important:
- This is a courtesy service only
- It does not provide insurance, protection, or guaranteed delivery
- It does not transfer shipping risk or liability to the store under any circumstance
- Any courier compensation is based only on the declared value, not the purchase price
- The store does not refund or cover any difference in value
- The store is not responsible for delays, losses, or customs actions
Method B: Full-Value Declaration (DDU Request – Strict)
This option allows full-value declaration for customers who prefer maximum customs transparency.
To select this option, the Customer must:
- Enter “DDU” in the order notes at checkout
- Provide the declared value for each individual item
Required format:
“DDU – Item 1: $, Item 2: $”
DDP vs. DDU Shipping?
Our default shipping option is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Under this option, duties and taxes are prepaid, helping to avoid unexpected customs charges upon delivery. However, DDP shipments do not include the ability to declare the package at its full value for maximum compensation in the event of loss.
If you would like your package declared at its actual value to maximize potential compensation should it be lost in transit, please select DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Under this option, the package will be declared at its full value, but you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees assessed by your local authorities.
5. Claims & Investigations
- The store does not manage courier operations or investigations
- All claims must be initiated directly by the Customer with DHL.
- The store will assist as much as possible.
Process:
- DHL investigations begin after the expected delivery window has passed
- The Customer must actively participate in the claim process
Store Support:
- Limited assistance is provided only after a valid DHL claim number is submitted
- Support is limited to 14 business days
- After this period, responsibility remains with DHL and the Customer
No refunds or replacements are issued by the store.
6. Customs & Import Regulations
- The Customer is responsible for understanding and complying with local import laws
- The store is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Inspections
- Seizures
- Refused entry
No refunds or replacements are issued for shipments affected by customs actions.
7. Romania Routing (EU Option)
- Route: Oman → Romania → Final EU destination
- Optional service available for EU customers only
- All terms in this policy apply fully regardless of routing method
To enable, add the “DHL Alt Route” option at checkout.
8. Refunds & Replacements (Manufacturing Defects Only)
Refunds or replacements are only provided for verified manufacturing defects.
Eligible:
- Leaking bottles (only if outer packaging is undamaged)
- Seal failure
- Faulty sprayers
Requirement:
- Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
Not Covered:
- Damage to outer packaging (handled via DHL claim)
9. Final Acknowledgment
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they:
- Have read and accepted this policy in full
- Understand that shipping is handled by third-party couriers
- Agree to contact and work directly with DHL for any delivery issues
- Accept responsibility for customs compliance and clearance
- Acknowledge that Prepaid Customs (DDP) is a courtesy service applied for convenience and does not provide insurance or transfer liability to the store
The store reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to review them before each purchase.
