Agreement
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the following binding and non-negotiable terms.
1. Currency
All prices are listed and processed in OMR (Omani Rial) at the time of purchase.
The Customer’s bank or payment provider may apply additional charges, including:
- Currency conversion fees.
- Service fees.
- Foreign transaction charges.
These charges are outside the control of the store.
2. Allergies & Reactions
All products are intended for external use and may come into direct contact with skin.
- The Customer assumes full responsibility for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects.
- The store accepts no liability for skin reactions or personal sensitivities.
- The Customer is responsible for determining product suitability prior to use.
No refunds, returns, or claims are accepted on the basis of personal reaction or discomfort.
3. Product Characteristics
Due to the artisanal nature of the products:
- Products may stain clothing or fabrics; use with care.
- Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the item received.
- Variations may occur between batches, samples, and final bottles.
- All weights, volumes, and concentrations are approximate.
- Any dates or timelines shown are indicative only and not guaranteed.
- Products may contain both natural and synthetic materials.
4. Acceptance of Variation
By purchasing, the Customer acknowledges that variation is inherent to artisanal production.
Such variation does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for refund, replacement, or dispute.
5. Materials & Composition
The store primarily works with natural raw materials. However:
- The store does not guarantee that all ingredients are exclusively natural.
- Ingredient composition may vary between batches and formulations.
- Material sourcing may change over time without notice.
In cases where natural materials cannot achieve a specific olfactory result, safe aromatic compounds may be used.
- These are used selectively and not as a default.
- The focus of the product is the final scent profile, not strict ingredient classification.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Products are not marketed as strictly “natural” or “synthetic.”
- Ingredient-by-ingredient breakdowns or certifications are not provided.
Sourcing and formulation information is provided in good faith and may include vintage or rare materials where historical data (such as exact age or origin) cannot always be fully verified. Such information should be considered indicative rather than absolute.
6. Use of Website
All information provided on this website is for general product presentation purposes only.
It does not constitute:
- Medical advice.
- Dermatological advice.
- Scientific or technical guarantees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages.
- Skin reactions or sensitivities.
- Misuse or improper handling of products.
- Misinterpretation of product descriptions.
- External factors beyond the store’s control.
8. Changes to Terms
The store reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the current version.
9. Final Acknowledgment

By using and/or placing orders on this website, the Customer confirms that they:
- Have read and understood these Terms in full.
- Accept all conditions without exception.
- Assume full responsibility for product use and outcomes after delivery.
- Store's handling of your information.
- The store holds the exclusive right to updating all policies as needed.
- It is the customer's responsibility to review all policies before using or placing an order on the website.
The Customer acknowledges that once a shipment has been accepted and scanned by the courier, responsibility transfers to the courier. The store is not liable for delays, loss, damage, or other issues occurring during transit.
The store may, at its sole discretion, provide limited assistance for up to fourteen (14) business days from the date an issue is reported, provided that the Customer has already contacted the courier and initiated a claim where applicable. This assistance may include guidance or support related to delays, investigations, or claims, but does not constitute acceptance of liability.
