The short version

Products are for external use only. Patch test before use.
These are artisanal products. Batch-to-batch variation is normal and is not a defect.
Materials are mostly natural, but not exclusively. Ingredient breakdowns are not provided.
Prices are in OMR. The Customer's bank may add its own fees.
No returns, except where the store is at fault.
Shipping and duties are covered by the Shipping Policy; returns by the Returns & Refunds Policy; cancellations by the Order Cancellation Policy.
Personal data and fraud screening are covered by the Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement

Acceptance: Placing an order or using this website means the Customer accepts these terms and all related store policies.
Capacity: The Customer confirms they are at least 18 years old, or of legal age to enter a binding contract where they live.
Changes: The store may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website, or placing an order, means accepting the version current at that time.
Reviewing: It is the Customer's responsibility to check the current version before ordering.

2. Orders

When an order is confirmed: An order is accepted when the store confirms it in writing. An automated acknowledgment of payment is not itself acceptance.
Availability: Listing a product does not guarantee it is in stock. Small batches sell out and are not always repeated.
Cancellation: Cancellation by either the Customer or the store, and any refund that follows, is governed by the Order Cancellation Policy.
Fraud: Screening, investigation, and enforcement are covered by the Privacy Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment

Currency: All prices are listed and processed in OMR (Omani Rial) at the time of purchase.
Bank charges: The Customer's bank or payment provider may add currency conversion fees, service fees, or foreign transaction charges. These are outside the store's control.
Import charges: Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the Customer's responsibility and are covered by the Shipping Policy.

4. Skin Contact, Allergies & Reactions

External use only: All products are intended for external use.
Before using: The Customer is responsible for deciding whether a product suits them, including performing a patch test where appropriate.
Responsibility: The Customer assumes responsibility for allergic reactions, sensitivities, and other adverse effects arising from use.
If a reaction occurs: The store will make reasonable efforts to offer guidance and help identify the cause. Because skin chemistry is highly individual, no particular outcome can be guaranteed.

5. Product Characteristics & Variation

Variation is inherent to artisanal production. It does not constitute a defect.

Between batches: Variation may occur between batches, between samples, and between individual bottles.
Measurements: All weights, volumes, and concentrations are approximate.
Images: Product images are illustrative and may differ from the item received.
Dates: Any dates or timelines shown are indicative only.
Staining: Products may stain clothing or fabrics. Use with care.

6. Materials & Composition

Primarily natural: The store works mainly with natural raw materials, but does not guarantee that all ingredients are exclusively natural.
Aromatic compounds: Where natural materials cannot achieve a specific olfactory result, safe aromatic compounds may be used. These are used selectively, not as a default.
Not classified: Products are not marketed as strictly "natural" or "synthetic." The focus is the final scent profile.
Sourcing changes: Composition and material sourcing may change between batches and over time without notice.
Rare materials: Information on vintage or rare materials is given in good faith. Exact age and origin cannot always be verified, so such details are indicative rather than absolute.
Ingredient lists: Ingredient-by-ingredient breakdowns and certifications are not provided, except where required by law in the destination market.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping, carriers, delivery timeframes, courier handover, duties, and shipment claims are governed by the store's Shipping Policy. Where these terms and the Shipping Policy address the same subject, the Shipping Policy applies.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by the store's Returns & Refunds Policy. Where these terms and that policy address the same subject, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

9. Use of Website

Presentation only: Information on this website is provided for general product presentation. It does not constitute medical advice, dermatological advice, or scientific or technical guarantees.
Accuracy: The store takes care with product descriptions but does not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free of error.
Acceptable use: The website may not be used to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, or place orders fraudulently.
Availability: The website may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside the store's control.

10. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, photographs, branding, and the store name — belongs to the store or is used under licence.
Permitted use: Content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not permitted: Copying, republishing, or commercial use of any content without the store's written permission.

11. Personal Information

How the store collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information is governed by the store's Privacy Policy. Where these terms and that policy address the same subject, the Privacy Policy applies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Skin reactions or sensitivities
Misuse or improper handling of products
Misinterpretation of product descriptions
External factors beyond the store's reasonable control

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right the Customer holds that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing Law

Applicable law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Consumer protection: This does not deprive a Customer of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in their country of residence.

15. General

Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
No waiver: If the store does not enforce a term on one occasion, it does not give up the right to enforce it later.
Whole agreement: These terms, together with the store's other policies, form the whole agreement between the store and the Customer.
Language: These terms are written in English. Where a translation is provided, the English version applies.

16. Final Acknowledgment

These terms are to be read together with all other store policies. By using this website or placing an order, the Customer confirms that they:

Have read and understood these terms.
Accept responsibility for product use and outcomes after delivery.
Understand that variation is inherent to artisanal production.
Will review the current version of all store policies before ordering again.
