With just enough of the Ghazali base the cornerstone crafted by Nadeem of Alhashimi and known as Special Reserve 1 to produce one final release of around 40 bottles the Finalé marker became inevitable.

While the spirit of Ghazali lingers subtly it only hints at how this blend unfolds. I intensified the Musk blending Siberian Musk with a richer dose of Kashmiri Musk and anchored the composition with a generous commanding presence of Nagaland Oud.

For the roses I went with a generous dose of Rose de Mai supported by a trio of Damascena roses—Turkish Bulgarian and Moroccan—with a deliberate emphasis on the Turkish variety. Completing the floral layers is the exotic allure of Indian Red Champaca.
