I worked through countless iterations, carefully balancing the runny, attar-like texture until the composition clicked. The civet didn’t just add depth — it revealed hidden facets of itself, amplifying clove-like spice, the honeyed softness of rose, the ripe sweetness of fruit, and the apricot-leather nuance of osmanthus.

I think that what emerged was a fragrance that honored the vintage heart of the paste while elevating every note around it, turning Nectar into something surreal.
